Instructions

• This tool matches contacts by State Voter ID (StateFileID field).
• Using the defined VAN Export Template will generate the best results.
• File must be a CSV file, if you download an Excel file from VAN, you can open it in excel and chose the option to Save As CSV UTF-8
• Other fields like name, email, districts, etc., are used when creating new contacts.
• Segment names must be unique unless appending to an existing segment.
• Large files may take several minutes to process. Be patient after clicking Next.
